The Ms Calorie is the trade name of Natalia Le Sueur registered and
regulated by Jersey Financial Services Commission.
Information and other material posted on this website are for general
information for the adult population only and are not intended to

offered on the Ms Calorie website, blog and social media accounts is

eating and lifestyle and specialising in conducting diet coaching,
diet therapy, mentoring and group motivation on the Bio Direct
System diet. Due to the above, the available Products are aimed
primarily at people who want to use the above-mentioned. services.
The availability of specific Products depends on the current offer of
Ms Calorie, presented on the Website.

§ 2. SERVICE

1. The website is run by Ms Calorie in order to present information on
   healthy eating and the sale of the presented and available Products.
2. All information and Products made available on the Website are
   the exclusive property of Ms Calorie, and the use of the Website by
   any Users does not result in acquiring any rights to the Website or
   any information or materials made available there.
3. All materials and information available on the Website are
   protected by copyright.
4. Ms Calorie makes every effort to ensure that all information
   presented on the Website is reliable, but the possibility of errors
   cannot be ruled out. Due to the above, Ms Calorie reserves that she is
   not responsible for the timeliness, completeness or accuracy of the
   information provided on the Website, and in particular for its use by
   Users for their own purposes.

§ 3. ORDERS

1. Orders are placed via the Website. The website is available 24/7,
   excluding the time of any failure or modernization of the website,
   about which Users will be informed with an appropriate note.
2. To place an Order you must:
   a) go to the “Buy Online” tab on the Website,
   b) select available Products,
   c) complete the electronic Order form completely. The customer is
   obliged to provide true information in the form.
   d) accept the required fields, including acceptance of the Terms and
   Conditions
3. After placing the Order, the Customer will be automatically
   redirected to the platform to make the payment. The effectiveness
   of placing an order depends on prior electronic payment for the
   entire order and shipping costs.
4. Ms Calorie payments process personal data of persons making
   payments on behalf of Ms Calorie – after such persons have
   expressed separate consent on the payment website.
5. After correctly placing the Order and making the payment, the
   Customer will receive confirmation of the Order to the e-mail
   address provided in the electronic Order form. If the Customer does
   not receive the above-mentioned confirmation, please contact Ms
   Calorie to confirm the order.
6. Ms Calorie is entitled to verify the accuracy of the data completed
   in the Order form. If it is found that the data has been completed
   incorrectly or the data provided is false, Ms Calorie, at its own
   discretion, may i) contact the Customer to request that the missing
   information be corrected or provide true data, under pain of
   cancelling the Order, or ii) cancelling the Order without prior notice.
7. Orders for physical products are processed within 2 business days
   from the date of confirmation of acceptance of the order. The above
   processing time does not include the delivery time of the shipment
8. The processing of an Order depends on the availability of the
   particular Product. If the Product is not available, Mr Calorie will
   contact the Customer to agree on the rules of procedure, including
   the refund of the amount paid for the purchase of the Product.
9. All products are posted or hand delivered by Ms Calorie (Clients
   order statement will state the method chosen.
10. Postage fees are covered by the Customer.
11. Orders for Clients living outside the Great Britain will be processed
    based on separate individual arrangements with Ms Calorie.

§ 4. RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS

1. Once the products have been delivered to the Customer, Ms
   Calorie DOES NOT accept returns, unless:
   a wrong product/s were delivered
   the products are out of date
   any other reasons must be discussed with Ms Calorie for approval
2. Any Returns MUST be posted back within 14 working days from
   the moment they have been delivered to the Customer.
3. Returned items must be unopened and undamaged.
4. Any returned products that have been opened, will NOT be
   refunded to the Customer.
5. Customer refund will be applied once the products are returned to
   Ms Calorie.
6. The method of any return must be directly discussed and
   approved by Ms Calorie (return by hand or post)
7. Any comments, objections or complaints regarding the purchased
   Product should be e-mailed to contact@mscalorie.com
8. The complaint should include the following info: name and
   surname of the Customer, Order number, transaction date, Product
   indication and reason for the complaint, as well as bank account
   number and contact details.
9. Complaints will be considered within 10 days from the moment
   they are delivered to Ms Calorie in the manner indicated above. Ms
   Calorie will inform the Customer about the resolution of the
   complaint in electronic form, to the e-mail address:
   contact@mscalorie.com.

§ 5. RESPONSIBILITY

1. The effectiveness of the Products depends on many factors,
   including health conditions, predispositions, lifestyle, compliance
   with Ms Calorie’s recommendations, etc., therefore the results of the
   Products may vary depending on the circumstances.
2. The decision to use specific products by the Customer is made by
   the Customer at his own risk. If the Customer’s health condition
   prevents the use of given Products or requires the elimination of
   certain foods from daily consumption, the Customer should consult
   a doctor in advance. For lack of consultation and non-compliance by
   the Client with any recommendations related to his health
   condition, allergies, etc. Ms Calorie is not responsible.
